Menensoft — working web systems for businesses

Menensoft is a software brand that builds working web systems for businesses. Behind the brand is one founder and developer — Mithat Yılmaz — who designs and builds every layer of a system end to end, from the data model to the interface.

Most recent work is systems with a real operations side: a restaurant ordering system with waiter, kitchen and cashier screens; a psychology clinic website with its own admin panel; an e-commerce CMS with a visual page builder. The preference is always the same — deliver a working system, not a static page.

Scope stays honest, work ships in small reviewable steps, and the stack favors reliable, well-understood technology over whatever is trending.

Systems built

The work described above is real: a restaurant operations system, a clinic site with its own panel, and an e-commerce infrastructure. Each one has its own page, with what was actually built.

Operating principles

How systems are approached

These rules aren't aesthetic preference — they're risk control for you: clear scope prevents surprise costs, a maintainable structure reduces person-dependency, practical panel flows keep your business running after handoff.

P1

Build the whole system, not a single screen.

P2

Keep admin workflows practical.

P3

Make data, interface and operations fit together.

P4

Clear scope instead of inflated promises.

P5

Ship in small, reviewable steps.

P6

Design for maintainability and handoff.

Built / avoided

What gets built — and what doesn't

Honest scope starts with saying no to the wrong work.

Built

  • E-commerce systems
  • Admin panels & dashboards
  • Workflow & operations tools
  • Corporate sites with content management
  • Prototype-to-product system development

Avoided

  • Screens with no system behind them
  • Vague scope
  • Made-up metrics
  • Unnecessary complexity
  • Trend-chasing showmanship
  • Animation that hurts usability

Stack

Stack philosophy

One deliberately chosen, practical stack: TypeScript end to end, Next.js for interface and server side, Node.js and SQL databases behind it, Tailwind for disciplined UI. Reliable, well-understood technology over trends — because a system you can actually run is worth more than a stack you can brag about.

Frontend

  • TypeScript
  • React
  • Next.js (App Router)
  • Tailwind CSS

Backend

  • Node.js
  • REST APIs
  • Next.js server side
  • SQL databases

Tools & practice

  • Git & GitHub
  • pnpm
  • ESLint
  • Playwright

Process

How the work runs

The same workflow every project passes through.

01

Scope

What gets built — and what stays out — is agreed first.

02

Build

Working software ships in small, reviewable steps.

03

Iterate

Adjusted to real use and feedback, not assumptions.

04

Handoff

A working system; documented and cleanly handed over.

ToolingModern tooling including AI-assisted development speeds up planning, building and review — always with review discipline, never instead of it.
